Our fully insured MICRO Certified Mold Inspector will do a full visual inspection of the property. This includes areas of concern and general areas that typically have mold growth. 

Inspections Include: 

• Outdoor visual inspection for signs of water intrusion. 
• Any interior areas of water damage, visible mold or musty smell. 
• Interior walls of concern with Moisture Meter and/or Thermal Imaging Camera to identify areas likely to have mold. A borescope may also be used to see inside walls through small wall drilled openings to find hidden mold if suspected. 
• Basement areas, bathrooms, under sinks, around windows/doors, or any areas where water is or may be present. 
• The inspector will try to determine the source of water/moisture intrusion through visible inspection. Some water/moisture intrusions may be covered up by walls, ceilings or floors.  
• Mold surface swab/air quality testing will be done according to package selected by client. 
• Additional testing may be suggested by the inspector. The testing lab report can determine the type of mold and the inspector/remediator help plan for its remediation.  
• Additionally, an inspection report will be generated for the client.

Our fully insured MICRO Certified Mold Remediation Contractor will remove the mold contamination from your home or business. If contracted to complete remediation, we will deduct the inspection fee from the remediation quote.

Remediations Include:

• Will set up a mold containment area(s) if necessary.
• Perform HEPA air scrubbing/purifying. 
• Set up negative air pressure within containment if necessary.
• Pre-treat mold effected areas if necessary
• Demolish and/or clean mold contaminated walls, ceilings, floors. 
• Clean substrates, wood support beams and joists. 
• Treat area with mold killing and inhibiting products.
• Remove and dispose of contaminated materials.
• Perform HEPA vacuuming. 
• Full HEPA respirators, hazmat suits, gloves and booties will be required. 
• Determine areas of water or moisture intrusion for further remediation by a contractor if necessary.
• A remediation completion certificate can be issued if requested.

• Apply product to hinder future mold growth.
